HANNAH SAMPSON-AITKENHEAD

Hannah is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She obtained her B.A. from the University of Waterloo in Social Development with a Social Work specialization, as well as a minor in Legal Studies. She completed her Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.

Hannah provides a welcoming environment to individuals, families, and couples, and works with children aged 6+. Hannah utilizes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Strengths-Based Therapy (SBT) techniques to address topics such as grief, ADHD, anxiety, depression, addiction behaviours, burnout, child behaviour, parenting, and familial conflicts. Hannah also holds a certification in grief counselling.

Hannah's priority is to provide a safe and open environment for clients to be able to process emotions and concerns in a manner that is custom-built and comfortable for their needs.
