Jennifer graduated with distinction from the Massage Therapy program at Conestoga College and is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists (CMTO). With a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and clinical experience, she oﬀers comprehensive treatment for various musculoskeletal conditions.

Jennifer's approach to care integrates Swedish massage techniques, fascial release, targeted stretching, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), allowing her to tailor each session to the specific needs of her clients. She has a particular passion for working with individuals managing chronic conditions, where her focused, therapeutic approach supports long-term function and well-being.

Drawing from her background as a former doula, Jennifer also brings a special interest and sensitivity to women’s health. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive space for healing and wellness, combining clinical skill with compassionate care.
